Shipping & Exchange Policy

At Digibind Media LLP, we offer only digital services such as website development, social media marketing, branding, SEO, paid advertising, influencer/UGC marketing, and other digital marketing solutions. As such, no physical products are shipped, and all deliveries are made through digital channels (email, online dashboards, cloud links, etc.).

🚚 Delivery of Digital Services

All services are delivered online, either via:

  • Email (official communication only),

  • Google Drive or cloud links,

  • Online collaboration tools (like Trello, Notion, or WhatsApp Business),

  • Direct delivery on websites/platforms (for live work).

We do not ship any physical items under any circumstance.

🕒 Project Timelines

At Digibind Media, every project is tailored according to the client’s unique requirements. Therefore, project delivery timelines are customizable and depend on:

  • The type of service opted (e.g., SMM, Website, Branding, SEO),

  • The number of add-ons and scope of work included,

  • The client’s timely response and provision of necessary content or approvals.

Note: The more extensive the service package and addons, the longer the expected delivery period.

If any delay is expected, our team will inform the client proactively.

🔁 Revisions & Exchange Policy

  • Revisions are allowed throughout the entire project tenure.

  • However, revisions in the scope of work (i.e., anything outside the original agreed deliverables) will incur additional costs.

  • The additional cost depends on the number of extra elements and their complexity/value.

Clients may request an exchange in services (e.g., switching from one included service to another) on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval and revised pricing, if applicable.
